Earlier this week I was kind of down from halloween being over and my friend leaving, cuz he was just here for the weekend. So, of course, I went to the store and for dinner had a bag of chips, a bag of m&ms, and a package of cookies. But cmon, they were baked chips, dark chocolate, and kashi cookies. I felt like crap for two days after that.
But, I've come around. I've started tracking food again, which I haven't done in months. I have also hit the pool and the gym pretty hard to try to make up for my transgressions.
I'm feeling really good right now, hope I can keep this going!
